Simple, Transparent Pricing

No fluff. We can do Package Pricing or Simple Venue Fee + Minimum Bar Spend and Full Access.

What’s Always Included:

  • Covered Terrace + Indoor Space + Bar

  • All Tables, Chairs, Barware, and Lounge Furniture

  • AV, Club Level Sound System and Microphones

  • Setup assistance (first 2-3 hours prior to bar service)

  • Electric Chafing Dishes, Bring-your-own food, we will supply the alcohol and bar service.

  • Simple venue fee, no Corkage, no Vendor Restrictions.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

No deposit is required to book your date.

After you tour the venue, we can place a soft hold on your preferred date. This gives you time to tour other venues, talk with family and friends, and make sure Terrace Raleigh is the right fit without feeling pressured to book immediately.

Once you’re ready to move forward, there’s still no deposit required. Your balance can simply be split into monthly payments leading up to two weeks before your event.

  • No deposit required

  • Flexible monthly payments

  • Final balance due 2 weeks before the event

  • 20% gratuity applies to the venue fee and bar minimum

  • No tax on the venue fee

  • Applicable taxes apply to bar purchases
