Simple, Transparent Pricing

No fluff. We can do Package Pricing or Simple Venue Fee + Minimum Bar Spend and Full Access.

What’s Always Included:

  • Covered Terrace + Indoor Space + Bar

  • All tables, chairs, barware, and lounge furniture

  • AV, sound system and microphones

  • Setup assistance (first 2-3 hours prior to bar service)

  • Bring-your-own food, we will supply the alcohol and bar service.

  • Simple venue fee, no corkage, no vendor restrictions.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

To secure your date, a 25% deposit of your estimated bar minimum is due at booking.

  • An additional 50% is due 30 days prior to the event

  • The remaining 25% + gratuity is due either before or immediately after the event depending on your selection:

    Per-Person Bar Packages: Paid in advance

    Consumption-Based Bar: Billed after the event

We’ll send a full rental agreement and secure payment links to make it easy.
